  A lot to like and some very knowledgeable/ friendly staff but I'm currently studying for my exams and the support has been awful. Our teacher is off work and has made no contact with us ( exam is tomorrow), our online content is not at all informative and our previous grades are still nowhere to be seen. The online revision content mentioned is of a very low quality and rushed, taken from Google with minimal thought or just recycled/old. In my experience, staff here will listen and appear to care but I can't think of a single occasion where action has been taken. Really disappointed, the class are all worried about the upcoming exams. Seems not a lot has changed in 2 years, really poor effort by a small portion of staff. Overall and somehow, I would still recommend Hadlow. There is a lot of positive stuff there and great potential but, unfortunately, this is not matched with teaching ability and commitment to students.
  
  Have since received an unprofessional and borderline angry email which even referenced this very review and was quite difficult to respond to calmly. Very strange considering my concerns were never replied to before this review. I hope my opinion changes next year but Hadlow seem incapable of accepting criticism. These complaints are all over the FB and Google reviews, not just me.

  Not really sure Ofsted walked around the real hadlow. Some staff are very friendly and helpful, while others dont care at all. The "lab"s that students have access to is a joke, a Windowless closet with a microscope. Also if some of the lectures could be taught how to use spell check it would be a bonus.

  Thoroughly enjoyed coffee this morning in their cafe and was served by the excellent Lucy who could not do enough for her customers. When we arrived she was serving, taking the money and clearing tables on her own. Other staff were somewhere else.... Lucy was a brilliant 'ambassador' for the cafe, job very well done....
